Human Factors training is a mandatory requirement for all maintenance personnel as outlined in EASA 145.A.30(e). Our Human Factors Initial course is suitable for those who have not previously undertaken any form of Human Factors training, or if over 2 years have passed since the last Human Factors Training was undertaken. The course’s interactive format that will guide you through all of the required subject matter, including an organisation’s safety culture, human error, error reduction and mitigation, communications and error reporting.
